• Framed Orders: Require additional production time and may take 2–4 weeks, depending on location.

As Made by Kenzy relies on third-party logistics and shipping providers, we cannot guarantee exact delivery timeframes. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us.

We are not responsible for international shipping delays due to customs clearance processes or any additional duties or taxes imposed upon arrival.
